How to Qualify

• Submit a team registration by 1pm (Form 1 here)
• Submit the project by 6pm (Form 2 here)

Judging Process:

• Timing: Please submit your project on time (by 6pm).
  • ⚠️ Important: At least one team member needs to be physically present or your project won't be considered!
• First Round:
  • Judging: Pitch your demo live to a judging group - there’ll be 2 judging groups in 2 meeting rooms. You’ll be assigned one of two
  • Format: 3-minute product demo + 2-minute Q&A session
  • Important: Focus on showing your actual product in action. No slides or formal presentation needed, but you can include them if they help explain your project & story.
• Final Round:
  • Each judging group will choose their top 3 projects to present at the final round
  • The winners will present and demo their product to all participants, organizers, and judges on the main stage!
  • Final scoring by the full judging panel

Judging Criteria:

Projects will be judged on a future potential, demo, creativity / uniqueness, and pitching quality.

1. Future Potential - 25%
   1. What is the project’s long-term potential for success, growth and impact?
   2. How are they evaluating the quality and consistency of the outcome?
2. Demo - 25%
   1. How well has the team implemented the idea? Does it work?
3. Creativity / Uniqueness - 25%
   1. Is the project’s concept innovative and unique?
4. Pitching Quality - 25%
   1. How well does the team present their project?
